I have been crushing the software and IT solutions game for over 25 years. I am a great leader and mentor, but prefer to work as an individual contributor. I like established companies where product-market fit is king. I build pipe and develop meaningful campaigns, but I am not interested in a "hunter" role nor false promises of an IPO 18 months out. I've climbed the ladder and kissed the ring; not looking to do it again. I excel as an account director and dominate as a specialist. Either I conduct the daily battle on the ground, or I parachute in, kick ass, and extract. I keep tight records, forecast to the thousand, and when I say it will close, it will close. I've eaten plenty of filet mignon and seafood towers. I'm not looking for free lunches, coconut waters, or a gym membership, and my paternity leave days are long over. I do $50 million deals out of my home office without meeting face-to-face, so my willingness to travel is based solely on what you are willing to pay. A very healthy base salary, a commission structure that doesn't need to be locked in a closet next to the Coca-Cola recipe, and a challenging but attainable quota are what I seek.
